Refunds and Cancellations
Subscriptions to CodeIndex (monthly or yearly, including Individual and Team plans) are billed automatically and renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no additional charges will occur after that date.
Payments are non-refundable once processed. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or unused seats. Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate billing or confirmed payment errors.
Enterprise plans or custom agreements may include different billing, renewal, or cancellation terms as outlined in the applicable contract. In such cases, those terms will govern.
If you experience a billing issue, please contact us at codeindex.app@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Chargebacks made without prior notice may result in suspension of account access.
