4.4.2.1 — Design Basis for Storage Garages and Repair Garages

(1) Storage garages and repair garages shall be designed in conformance with CSA S413, “Parking Structures”.

Defined terms on this page

repair garage

means a building or part of a building where facilities are provided for the repair or servicing of motor vehicles.

storage garage

means a building or part of a building that is intended for the storage or parking of motor vehicles and that contains no provision for the repair or servicing of motor vehicles.
